Beschaffung von &uuml;berbeglaubigten Existenznachweisen f&uuml;r ausl&auml;ndische Gesellschafter), sind speziell zu vereinbaren und werden zu S&auml;tzen von CHF 100.00\/h-CHF 220.00\/h abgerechnet.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Zahlungsbedingungen:<\/p>\n<p>Der ausgewiesene Produktpreis wird von ZEOH in Rechnung gestellt, sobald die Dokumentation, die f&uuml;r die Beurkundung der &uuml;ber die allf&auml;lligen Statuten&auml;nderungen beschliessenden Gesellschafterversammlung\/Generalversammlung erforderlich ist (falls es keiner Statuten&auml;nderung bedarf: die Dokumentation, die f&uuml;r die Handelsregisteranmeldung erforderlich ist) vollst&auml;ndig vorliegt, jedenfalls aber binnen 6 Wochen nach wirksamer Auftragserteilung. Unmittelbar nach vollst&auml;ndiger Zahlung des Produktpreises erfolgt die Vereinbarung des notariellen Beurkundungstermins bzw. Einreichung der Handelsregisteranmeldung. Bleibt der Produktpreis 4 Wochen nach F&auml;lligkeit ganz oder teilweise unbezahlt, ist ZEOH an den Auftrag nicht mehr gebunden.<\/p>\n<p>Zahlung per Bank&uuml;berweisung, PayPal oder Debit-\/Kreditkarte. Alle Preise verstehen sich inkl.
